Kamagra Effervescent Sildenafil
Kamagra Effervescent is a generic version of the popular ED medication, Viagra. It is used to treat erectile dysfunction in men. Kamagra Effervescent is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, allowing more blood to enter during sexual stimulation. This leads to improved erections. Kamagra Effervescent may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
Side Effects
Common side effects of Kamagra Effervescent include:
- flushing
- headache
- dizziness
- nausea
- stomach upset
- diarrhea
Kamagra Effervescent can cause serious side effects. Seek emergency medical attention or call the Poison Help line at 1-800-222-1222 if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Call your doctor at once if you have any of these serious side effects:
- sudden vision loss;
- ringing in your ears, or sudden hearing loss;
- chest pain or heavy feeling, pain spreading to the arm or shoulder, nausea, sweating, general ill feeling;
- irregular heartbeat;
- swelling in your hands, ankles, or feet;
- shortness of breath;
- vision changes;
- feeling light-headed, fainting; or
- penis erection that is painful or lasts 4 hours or longer.
Less serious side effects may include:
- warmth or redness in your face, neck, or chest;
- stuffy nose;
- back pain;
- memory problems;
- upset stomach; or
- muscle pain, tenderness, or cramps.
Interactions
Drug interactions may change how your medications work or increase your risk for serious side effects. This document does not contain all possible drug interactions. Kamagra Effervescent may interact with other medications you are taking. Tell your doctor about all your current medicines and any you start or stop using, especially:
- nitrates such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate;
- HIV medications such as ritonavir (Norvir), saquinavir (Invirase);
- hepatitis C medications such as telaprevir (Incivo) or boceprevir (Victrelis);
- certain antifungals such as ketoconazole (Nizoral), or itraconazole (Sporanox);
- certain antibiotics such as clarithromycin (Biaxin), erythromycin (E.E.S., E-Mycin, Ery-Tab), or rifampin (Rifadin, Rimactane);
- other ED medications such as avanafil (Stendra), sildenafil (Revatio, Viagra), tadalafil (Adcirca, Cialis), or vardenafil (Levitra, Staxyn);
- heart or blood pressure medications such as amlodipine (Norvasc, Caduet, Exforge, Lotrel), diltiazem (Cartia, Cardizem), isradipine (DynaCirc), nicardipine (Cardene), quinidine (Quin-G), or verapamil (Calan, Covera, Isoptin, Verelan); or
- seizure medications such as carbamazepine (Carbatrol, Epitol, Equetro, Tegretol), felbamate (Felbatol), oxcarbazepine (Trileptal), or phenytoin (Dilantin, Phenytek).

Overdose
If you think you have taken too much of this medicine contact a poison control center or emergency room at once. Symptoms of a Kamagra Effervescent overdose may include:
- irregular heartbeat;
- seizure (convulsions);
- dizziness or fainting; or
- feeling light-headed, fainting.
Notes
Do not share this medication with others. Kamagra Effervescent is not expected to harm an unborn baby. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant.
It is not known whether sildenafil passes into breast milk or if it could harm a nursing baby. You should not breast-feed while you are taking Kamagra Effervescent.
Kamagra Effervescent is not approved for use by anyone younger than 18 years old.
